We are seeking a full -time Sous Chef to join our dynamic team of 25 + kitchen chefs.
Working Week: Wednesday to Sunday lunch time - 55hrs a week (Sundays worked in full during peak season May, June, July, August, September)
Salary: £40,000.00 - £44,000.00 per annum plus tronc.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food production. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, team management abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
· Assisting the head chef with menu planning Kaaba recipe development and food preparation.
· Training, mentoring and evaluating junior kitchen team.
· Stocking, checking and ordering ingredients.
· Monitoring food safety and hygiene standards.
Characteristics team player, attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience: 3 year’s minimum experience required (preferably at Michelin star level) English language essential, and EU Settlement Status required if applicable.
Career Development: The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary based on experience. Depending, on work performance there is a possibility of promotion.
Rest Days: all day Mondays’ & Tuesdays’ and Sunday evenings only, relevant during – January, February, May, March, April, October, November, December.
