T2B Property Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our growing team.
We carry out a wide range of works for insurance companies, commercial clients, and private customers, including repairs following fire, flood, escape of water, and subsidence claims, as well as general refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople on refurbishment and repair projects
- Carrying out general building and maintenance tasks
- Basic carpentry, decorating, patch plastering, making good, and repairs
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Site preparation and keeping work areas clean and organised
- Collecting and delivering materials when required
- Supporting project completion to agreed timescales and quality standards
- Working in occupied homes and commercial environments professionally and respectfully
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or property repairs
- Good understanding of general building works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Own basic tools preferred
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
