Purpose of Job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Software Developer to join our in-house IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for software development and a strong interest in ERP systems, particularly Epicor. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions that support our manufacturing operations, including front-end applications, API integrations, and ERP customisations.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain custom applications using C#, and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Design and implement API integrations between Epicor and third-party systems.
- Create and maintain SSRS reports to support business reporting requirements.
- Customise Epicor ERP using tools such as: BAQs (Business Activity Queries)
- BPMs (Business Process Management workflows)
- User Interface customisations
- Bartender label templates
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Provide functional support for Epicor users, helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming language and familiarity with the .NET Framework.
- Experience with SQL Server and writing SSRS reports.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Epicor customisation tools (BAQ, BPM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Bartender label design software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
