The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Landlord & Tenant / Property Litigation Solicitor to join an award winning, progressive and growing law firm within its small, dedicated, partner-led property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE and experience across Landlord & Tenant, Property Litigation, Lease Extensions, Enfranchisement or a related property discipline.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, work on varied and interesting matters, and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Lease extensions and leasehold matters
- Collective enfranchisement
- Landlord & Tenant disputes
- Service charge matters
- First-tier Tribunal applications
- Residential and commercial possession claims
- Forfeiture
- Easements, boundaries and restrictive covenants
- General property advisory and litigation work
You will work closely with an experienced partner-led team while having the autonomy to develop your own caseload and client relationships.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor with:
- 2+ years' PQE
- Experience in Landlord & Tenant, Property Litigation, Lease Extensions, Enfranchisement or a related area
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- A proactive, commercially aware and collaborative approach

There is a clear progression route through Lawyer/Solicitor → Senior Lawyer/Solicitor → Associate → Senior Associate → Partner.
