About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and our Founder & CEO, who is also the Nominated Individual, you will lead our dual-registered Supported Living and Respite Services, ensuring exceptional quality, regulatory compliance and outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
Working as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the organisation while providing visible, supportive leadership to our managers and frontline teams.

About Jigsaw Creative Care
Jigsaw Creative Care specialises in supporting autistic people while also providing expert support for people with a range of complex needs and diagnoses through highly personalised Supported Living and Respite Services.
Everything we do begins with understanding the individual—their story, experiences, strengths and aspirations. Our practice is grounded in specialist autism knowledge, Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice and relationship-led support, enabling people to achieve meaningful quality-of-life outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As Dual Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide inspirational leadership across our Supported Living and Respite Services.
- Ensure continued compliance with CQC regulations while striving for excellence beyond regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of kindness, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing managers and staff teams.
- Embed autism-informed, trauma-informed and Positive Behaviour Support approaches throughout our services.
- Maintain robust governance, safeguarding and quality assurance systems.
- Work collaboratively with commissioners, health professionals, housing providers and families.
- Support the successful mobilisation and development of new services.
- Contribute to the organisation’s strategic objectives and long-term growth.
- Ensure every decision is driven by improving the quality of life of the people we support.
About You
You will be an experienced, compassionate and forward-thinking leader with the confidence to inspire others and the ambition to continually raise standards.
You will have:
- Current or previous CQC Registered Manager experience.
- Experience managing Supported Living and/or Respite Services.
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection outcomes.
- Significant experience supporting autistic people and individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and Positive Behaviour Support.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and people development skills.
- Experience of quality assurance, governance and service improvement.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.
