At Vitruvian Dental Studio, front of house is where our brand comes to life. We are a premium, private-pay cosmetic dental studio, delivering high-end smile makeovers and an experience designed to feel closer to a luxury brand than a traditional healthcare provider. Every patient interaction matters and this role plays a critical part in shaping how Vitruvian is experienced from the very first touchpoint.
We’re now looking for a Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our Barnsley studio and become a key part of that experience.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone with a background in high-end customer service, hospitality, retail, or luxury environments who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences.
Dental experience is not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for people.
You will be responsible for:
· Delivering a warm, polished, 5-star welcome to every patient
· Managing enquiries, bookings, and patient communications
· Ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and looked after at every stage
· Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house
· Handling incoming enquiries via Instagram and contributing to daily social media activity
This is a patient-facing role where professionalism, confidence, and brand awareness are essential.
Working Hours
· Wednesdays : 8:45am - 6:00pm
· Fridays : 2:00pm - 6:00pm
· Saturdays: 8:45am - 2:00pm

- Are looking for a purely transactional reception role
