THE ROLE
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home as the first and last point of contact.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist guests with arrival/departure as well as any other aspects of the guest journey.
- Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and hotel product knowledge.
- Ensure Front Office Management are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments.
- Deliver authentic and personalised care to our guests, straight from your heart.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
