Demand Planner
We’re looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and support planning across a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain short-, mid- and long-term forecasts

Use SAP APO to generate and optimise demand plans

Analyse demand trends and identify risks and opportunities
-
Support S&OP processes and align forecasts with business plans
-
Partner with Commercial teams on promotions, NPD and customer demand

Track and report on forecast accuracy and key KPIs
-
Drive continuous improvements in planning and reporting processes
What You’ll Bring

Experience in demand planning (FMCG desirable)

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
-
Experience with SAP APO (or similar planning tools)

Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insight

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
