We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Registered Nurse (with active NMC Pin) to join our small and supportive team.
We have 35 bedrooms and cater for residential and nursing clients. We have a very homely environment and we pride ourselves on being resident focused.
The hours would be 24 hours per week for day shifts, with weekly weekend working every 3 weeks. Our hours of work are 07:45-20:00.
You will be working as the sole Registered Nurse on duty with the assistance of a supernumerary Care Practitioner, to assist you with daily tasks.
The Nurse will need to be confident in their ability to assess, delegate and manage the running of the shift.
We currently use eMARX and Nourish Care Planning Systems. Experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

Qualifications
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Proficient in medication administration and safety protocols
- Experience in shift management and coordinating nursing staff
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing situations
