About the Role
We're looking for dynamic, adaptable Primary Teachers to support a group of Birmingham schools across Sparkbrook, Small Heath, Bordesley Green, Stechford, Hodge Hill, Shard End, Erdington, Castle Vale and Castle Bromwich.
These schools are busy, community‑focused and value teachers who can step in confidently, teach well and maintain strong routines from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on daily or long‑term needs
- Delivering clear, engaging lessons that follow school policies
- Supporting pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing
- Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
- Adapting quickly to new classrooms, teams and expectations
- Being available from 6:30am for same‑day bookings

What You Need
- QTS
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
- Ability to teach confidently from Early Years to Year 6
- Strong behaviour management
