Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Technical Training Instructors with industry and training delivery experience in areas such as Streetworks (NRSWA), Confined Spaces, Construction, Utilities, and Green Skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about developing people, sharing knowledge, and delivering engaging, high-quality training.
The Role
As a Technical Training Instructor, you will deliver and assess accredited and non-accredited training programmes within your specialist area. You will ensure learners receive an excellent experience through engaging theory, practical training, and assessment, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess high-quality training programmes within your area of expertise.
- Provide engaging classroom and practical learning experiences.
- Maintain compliance with awarding bodies, legislation, and internal quality standards.
- Complete learner records, assessments, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain training equipment, resources, and facilities.
- Support the development of new courses and continuous improvement.
- Maintain industry competence through CPD and professional development.
About You
You will have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others develop their skills. You will be confident delivering practical training and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and learner outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant industry qualifications and practical experience.
- Experience delivering technical training.
- Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).
- Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
Desirable: NRSWA Streetworks, Confined Spaces, Utilities, CITB, EUSR, CABWI, awarding body experience, and assessor qualifications.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
