Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of trade skills, including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical experience, and fabrication. This role involves undertaking diverse maintenance and construction tasks across various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The successful applicant will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry work such as framing, fitting, and finishing tasks to specifications.
- Perform roofing repairs and installations with attention to safety and durability.
- Conduct painting works on construction sites or renovation projects, ensuring a professional finish.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with regulations.
- Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work.
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes.
- Handle electrical installations or repairs where qualified, adhering to safety standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications
- Proven experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work.
- Demonstrable proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools.

- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in specific trades are preferred but not essential if extensive practical experience is demonstrated.
