Your role
Sokin is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to help build our field marketing presence across the UK and EU.
This is a new role for Sokin - you'll be the first dedicated field marketer in the region, reporting to the Regional
Marketing Lead, UK & EU, and helping get Sokin into the room at the fintech events, trade shows, and campaigns
that matter, turning that presence into pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Support and help implement Sokin’s field event strategy across conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables,
fireside chats, networking events, dinners, and partner activations across the UK and EU.
- Plan and execute smaller-scale virtual events (webinars, virtual activations) alongside the field strategy.
- Event logistics on the ground - vendor sourcing, attendee management, and on-site execution.
- Consistent lead capture at events and post-event follow-up sequences to maximise ROI.
- Ongoing event budget, keeping spend organised and on track.
Support localised campaigns for target accounts and sectors.
- Build event launch decks and relevant collateral so sales know what's coming and how they can maximise
event success.
- Track and report on individual event outcomes, feeding into the broader field marketing roadmap.
- Maintain brand consistency (appearance, tone, voice) across all events.
What success looks like in 12 months
- A consistent, visible presence at the fintech events and trade shows that matter most to UK & EU pipeline.
- A measurable, tracked contribution to pipeline generation from field activity.
- A consistent, repeatable lead capture and follow-up process in place across events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in field or event marketing, ideally in fintech, banking or B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable coordinating events end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up.
- Experience working with sales on pipeline and ABM activity.
- Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g. Zoho, HubSpot) and event platforms.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
