Wanting to hire 2 Bartenders and 2-3 Severs this role is for Saturday 5th September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and clarity
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using efficient serving techniques
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and maintaining excellent time management skills
- Handle bar service including bartending duties such as mixing drinks, checking IDs, and maintaining bar cleanliness
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing tables after guests leave to maintain a tidy environment
- Clean up during and after closing
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bartending is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Strong skills in serving, bartending, and customer interaction with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
