Young man in the Bradwell area of Milton Keynes who has a diagnosis of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome requires Carer/PA support for 45 minutes per day (evenings) 7 days per week.
Due to the condition the support may consist of personal care (evening/bedtime routine, undressing, wheelchair transfers, dental care etc) and/or light domestic duties i.e. meal prep.
An extra 2 hours per week may be available to support with other domestic chores and paperwork.
Applicants must have good interpersonal skills and, if required, undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
There is a possibility of hours increasing but this is dependent upon reviews undertaken by the Local Authority.
£14.50 per hour.
