Overview

Your expertise in food preparation, baking techniques, and food safety will ensure every product meets our high standards of freshness and flavor. Shifts & Shift Times
You will be working five shifts per week. Sunday to Thursday inclusive, or Monday to Friday. You would be expected to alternate between these two shift patterns.
Shift times would be an early morning, or a late morning start, completing a regular working day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and baked goods following established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor oven temperatures, ingredient freshness, and baking times to optimize product quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and support overall kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling of ingredients and sanitation procedures
- Contribute creative ideas for new baked items and seasonal offerings to enhance menu diversity
Experience
- Proven experience in food production or culinary roles, preferably within a bakery or restaurant setting
- Strong skills in food preparation, baking techniques, and cooking methods
- Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food safety regulations
- Experience with food handling equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and refrigeration units
- Prior restaurant or bakery experience demonstrating reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
