Overview
Hembry Tate Co Limited are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage teams within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management roles. This position offers an opportunity to oversee daily operations, optimise team performance, and contribute to the overall success of our projects for our clients, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise site workers to achieve deadlines maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
- Provide support to those on site.
- Communicate effectively with directors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and organisational procedures.
- Coordinate with other company members on job progress
- Oversee site activities
- 360 machine ticket advantageous, street works supervisor also
- Experience around utility excavations and substation environments
- Understand how to fill out paperwork correctly and keep site diary
- Report to directors/managers on progress at the end of the day
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving organisational objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear articulation and active listening.
- Excellent time management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Pay: From £250.00 per day

Experience:
- SMSTS: 1 year (required)
- Streetworks Supervisor: 1 year (required)
- 360 Operator: 2 years (preferred)
