Team Leader – Complex Works
37 hours per week – Permanent
£48,798 to £52,456 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our busy and fast-paced Responsive Repairs Team.
The successful candidate will take the lead in coordinating a swift and effective response to damp and mould reports, as well as repairs raised by our clients. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring full compliance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 (also known as Awaab’s Law), helping to protect residents and maintain high living standards.
This is a key position requiring a confident and professional approach to managing client relationships. You’ll be someone who can build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and a wide range of stakeholders, while keeping service delivery running smoothly and efficiently.
