We're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to run your own section
- Passion for quality ingredients and presentation
- A positive attitude and excellent team spirit
- Food Hygiene knowledge and high kitchen standards
