Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and engagement
- Identify potential sales opportunities within target markets and industries
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
- Utilise CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Upsell additional products or services to maximise revenue from existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customised sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain organised records of client communications and sales activities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions, ensuring professional communication at all times
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales management tools
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate broader client engagement
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer relationship management strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
