Infinity Innovations Ltd is looking for an experienced, motivated and professional Warehouse Supervisor & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Keighley.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-organised warehouse, can confidently lead a small team, and has the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional who takes ownership of their role, leads by example, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, organisation and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring warehouse operations are carried out consistently, accurately and in line with documented procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Leading, motivating and supporting a small warehouse team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries accurately.
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders on time and without error.
- Coordinating courier and freight collections.
- Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift truck.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out regular stock counts.
- Monitoring stock availability and reporting replenishment requirements.
- Allocating daily workloads and ensuring operational priorities are achieved.
- Assessing situations quickly, making informed decisions, and taking immediate action to resolve issues or prevent delays.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implementing better working practices.
- Working closely with office staff to ensure customer orders and logistics run smoothly.
- Ensuring all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, following documented procedures, maintaining accurate records and traceability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience, demonstrating a consistently high level of professionalism.
- Experience leading or supervising a small warehouse team.
- The ability to assess situations quickly, make confident decisions, and take immediate action when required.
- A forward-thinking approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, or the ability to work to ISO 9001 standards by following documented procedures, maintaining accurate records, ensuring traceability, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse or stock management systems.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- A valid UK forklift truck licence (essential).
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
