The Cedars Care Home, Holmes Chapel are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable people to join our team as Care Assistants.
DAY CARE ASSISTANT
8:00am – 8:00pm - 22 hour position available - Alternate weekends - £12.71
NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT
8:00pm – 8:00am - 36 hours position available - Alternate weekends - £12.71
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous care experience is not essential. We are looking for people who are caring, patient and committed to providing excellent support to our residents.
Full support and training will be provided to the right candidates.
What you'll be doing;
- You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.
- Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration, activities and daily routines, while developing positive and respectful relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
- You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised care, following care plans and relevant policies and procedures.
- Full training and support will be provided, and previous care experience is not essential.
