OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead our dedicated team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional standards in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As the evening supervisor, you’ll set the tone for teamwork, reliability, and service excellence—ensuring every space is spotless and every client is delighted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all evening cleaning operations, ensuring standards and schedules are consistently met
- Train, motivate, and support team members—fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly
- Act as point of contact for clients and site management during evening shifts
- Manage supplies, equipment, and accurate completion of daily paperwork
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
