We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency within our company. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of the helpdesk.
Duties
- Manage and respond to internal and external enquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate management systems to facilitate engineer schedules
- Booking in work
- Ordering of materials
- Monitor and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Organise schedules and coordinate with engineers
- Maintain organised records within relevant management software
- Provide support to other departments
Skills
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers
- Competent data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and record keeping
- Good organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
