Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and take pride in producing high-quality work? We're looking for a Production Operative to join our SILs Production team, helping to manufacture precision relay products used around the world.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the SIL Coordinator, you'll be involved in the assembly and production of relays, following established procedures and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working efficiently to production deadlines
- Assembling reed switches and pre-wound coils
- Soldering electronic components
- Welding lead frames and wires to reed switches using a pedal-controlled electronic pulse welding machine
- Carrying out preparation work for relay assembly
- Encasing finished components
- Potting finished products using silicone, urethane, or resin
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship throughout the production process
