We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Cleaner for our site in Chipping Warden.
Site Address: Appletree Trading Estate, Appletree Road, Chipping Warden, OX171LL. Due to the site location it is required that you have your own use of transport.
The position available is 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 0830-1700
The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team or individually to carry out manual cleaning of office and canteen facilities. This position does also include cleaning machine use for warehouse flooring.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring the office are thoroughly cleaned each night to a high standard
- Cleaning of staff facilities such as the canteen and toilets
- Replenish any consumables required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins
- Dusting and wiping furniture, ledges, chairs, and skirting boards
- Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Record all cleaning tasks as directed
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site
You will report to the Area Service Delivery Manager
