We’re currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our Conversion Team as Slitting Machine Operators at our Lincoln site. Whether you bring years of experience or are looking to grow in a manufacturing career, we’ll support you with comprehensive training and a collaborative work environment.
This is a hands-on production role with responsibility for operating slitting machinery, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality flexible packaging to our customers, supporting operational efficiency and helping drive team performance.
To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (desirable but not essential)
- A strong commitment to health & safety and operational excellence
- Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to team goals
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor slitting machinery to meet production targets and quality standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and resolve minor technical issues
- Ensure efficient machine performance through strong time management and organisation
- Safely handle materials throughout the production cycle
- Accurately log production data and machine performance metrics
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and product quality
Shift Pattern:
12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Weekend Availability: Required
