We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Shambles Bistro in NorthWalsham. Whether you're already working as a Sous Chef or you're an experienced Chef de Partie ready for the next step, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for good food.

Your Role
Working alongside our Head Chef and owners you'll:
- Prepare and cook fresh seasonal dishes.
- Help deliver consistently excellent food.
- Support and encourage junior team members.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes.
- Help maintain excellent food hygiene and organisation.
You'll be encouraged to learn, grow and take on more responsibility as your confidence develops.

Previous Sous Chef experience is welcomed but not essential.
