Energetic personnel required full - time for the Hanushka Coffee Houses in Hastings.
A team member's life at Hanushka is a busy one. Standards are kept high by taking a hands-on approach and responsibility for all aspects of the business in what is a high performance environment with clear balanced targets and the autonomy to achieve excellence.
Lack of experience does not disqualify the right applicants and full Barista and baking training is given, all personnel are given the opportunity (and expected) to learn all aspects of coffee making and provide superbly made beverages in a unique and luxurious setting. Tempo and an aptitude for cleaning and housework is essential.
Breaks are paid and free food and beverage is provided all day for employees whether on duty or not. Working shifts will lie somewhere between 7am and 7pm with flexible hours to fit around studies or lifestyle.
