The Role

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a fine-dining environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of Italian culinary traditions, ingredients, and wine pairings.
- Communication: Fluency in English is essential for providing top-tier service to our diverse clientele.
- Versatility: Ability to thrive in both a standard restaurant setting and a fast-paced event environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
