We are seeking dedicated part-time Accommodation Assistants to help us maintain the quirky and luxurious atmosphere our guests love. As part of our small, experienced team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our 89 uniquely furnished en-suite bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
While previous experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed. This role offers flexible hours on a casual basis, making it a great fit for various schedules.

About The Role
As an Accommodation Assistant, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public spaces are immaculately clean, adhering to the hotel's high standards. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you check linen quality and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor. A key part of your role is anticipating guest needs to provide exceptional service, making their stay truly memorable.
You will manage and replenish your trolley, ensuring you are always prepared.
