I’m Oliver, Head of Product Design at Symbe.
Symbe is an AI-powered, collaborative business case platform helping sales teams deliver value-selling at scale and win more often.
I’m looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us maintain our industry leading user engagement as we evolve the Symbe platform to be even more valuable for sellers and buyers.
Where we are today
Symbe is delivering compelling results for sales teams at some of the world’s most well known SaaS companies. This is down to our unique perspective on the market and strong focus on user driven design.
“Symbe quickly became an indispensable part of our sales process. Our team adopted it enthusiastically, thanks to its intuitive interface and significant impact on win-rates.”
– Sales Director, HubSpot
We have just completed a seed funding round and are investing in our design and tech teams so we can accelerate user learning and iterate faster towards our vision.
What you’ll be doing
-
Taking a real product used by sales teams today and helping define what “great” looks like for storytelling and collaboration around value.
-
Designing end-to-end experiences for sales and customer success workflows and AI-powered features.
-
Working closely with Product and Tech to explore ideas quickly, prototype, test with users, and ship in small, meaningful increments.
-
Talking regularly to real users including Sales Reps, Value Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to understand their feedback and future needs.
-
Helping define design principles, patterns, and a systems mindset that can scale across multiple product surfaces (editor, templates, analytics, value realisation, admin).
What we’re looking for
-
4+ years designing B2B SaaS products or web-based internal tools (we’re open on exact number, but you’ve shipped multiple cycles of real products).
-
Proven ownership of significant product areas, from early discovery through to launch and iteration.
-
Strong interaction and UX design skills, with a portfolio that makes complex workflows feel simple and human.
-
High comfort with ambiguity; you proactively shape problems and briefs rather than waiting for them.
-
Pragmatic, outcome-focused mind set and genuine curiosity about how AI is changing both design practice and product experiences.
-
Experience designing AI-driven interfaces and observing how they are used in a B2B context.
Nice to have, not required
-
Experience with sales products.
-
Exposure to data-rich interfaces (e.g. analytics, forecasting, planning, value tracking).
-
Experience of early-stage product creation and seeing products scale.
A note on experience & background
We care more about how you think, collaborate, and learn than where you’ve worked or your exact title history. If you don’t tick every box, that’s expected – please don’t self-select out.
How we work
-
Stage: Seed stage with early product market fit validation, backed by a number of VCs and signed contracts with multiple medium to large enterprise customers.
-
Team: Small, senior cross-functional team based in London and Madrid, with 6 people in Product & Tech.
-
Culture: High trust, low ego, with a bias to ownership, direct feedback, and continuous learning.
-
Ways of working: Hybrid across UK and EU time zones with monthly in-person collaboration days in London.
-
Collaboration: Tight partnership between Product, Design, Tech, and GTM; lots of direct exposure to customers and prospects.
