We are a successful serviced apartment provider looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance / Handyman to join our team in central London.
You will play an important role in keeping our apartments safe, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and decorating.
Complete inspections and preventative maintenance.
Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
Fix minor issues with appliances, fixtures, and fittings.
Work with the housekeeping team and property managers.
Maintain high health and safety standards.
Travel between properties across London when required.
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
