Senior Nurse / Assistant Manager
Viva Dental/ Night Dental Birmingham.
A small and growing practice based in Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Nurse / Assistant Manager to join our friendly team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone with a high level of initiative who is looking to progress towards becoming a Practice Manager.
Initially, the role will include a combination of evening nursing shifts alongside dedicated time for compliance and administrative responsibilities. As the practice continues to grow, there will be opportunities to increase nursing hours and further develop management responsibilities.
Salary
Pay is dependent on experience (DOE).
Hours
Hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process.

Main Responsibilities
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Rota management and staff coordination
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
- Carrying out compliance and administrative tasks
- Providing staffing support
- Ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and care
- Assisting with accounts and general practice administration
- Supporting senior nursing and management functions
