We are BEETc, pronounced “beats”, a vibrant and dynamic event services company specialising in the design and delivery of international business summits and bespoke corporate events.
We run around 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events each year across the APAC and EMEA regions, including conferences, lunches, dinners, wine tastings and other senior-level networking experiences.
We are looking for a proactive, digitally minded and forward-thinking Marketing Executive - Growth & Operations to join our growing marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital marketing, websites, content, data, marketing platforms and campaign performance. You will support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns, while also helping the team improve how we use data, systems, automation and reporting to drive audience growth and commercial results.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the wider marketing, production and sales teams to support the promotion of our international events, digital content and on-demand platforms.
We are looking for someone who is confident with marketing execution, but also curious about how data, technology and smarter processes can make marketing more efficient, targeted and commercially impactful.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support & Audience Growth
- Support marketing campaigns across our international events, content platforms and private corporate event formats.
- Assist with campaign planning, audience targeting, email content, landing pages, website updates and marketing materials.
- Help improve how we attract, engage and convert relevant audiences for our events.
- Support audience segmentation across regions, industries, job titles, seniority levels, previous attendees, sponsors, vendors and target accounts.
- Help identify warm audiences, engaged contacts and potential follow-up opportunities.
- Work with the wider team to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently and on schedule.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance, audience engagement and event registrations.
- Support post-event follow-up, audience reactivation and future event promotion.
2. Marketing Operations & Process Improvement
- Help improve the way marketing campaigns are organised, tracked and reported.
- Support the setup and maintenance of campaign lists, tracking links, tagging, audience segments and reporting templates.
- Identify repetitive tasks or manual processes that could be made more efficient.
- Help create clearer workflows between marketing, sales, production and event operations.
- Support the team with campaign checklists, content calendars, asset management and internal coordination.
- Assist in making our marketing activity more structured, measurable and scalable across multiple events.
- Suggest practical ways to improve how the team works, using digital tools, automation or AI where appropriate.
3. Website Management & Digital Experience
- Manage, maintain and update websites across our events, products and content platforms.
- Support website updates for event pages, speaker profiles, sponsor content, agendas, landing pages and marketing assets.
- Help ensure web pages are accurate, engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, user experience and conversion journeys.
- Support improvements across SEO, page speed, mobile responsiveness and content structure.
- Review audience journeys across websites, email, social media and other digital touchpoints.
- Bring forward ideas to improve how our digital platforms support engagement, lead generation and commercial growth.
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics and other digital tools to monitor website traffic, campaign performance and audience behaviour.
- Track key marketing performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, registrations, enquiries, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare clear reports on website performance, campaign activity, content engagement and audience trends.
- Help translate data into practical recommendations for the marketing team.
- Identify which campaigns, channels, audiences or pages are performing well and which need improvement.
- Support the development of more efficient reporting processes and templates.
- Use data to help improve campaign targeting, audience engagement, event registrations and commercial opportunities.
5. Marketing Technology, AI & Digital Tools
- Support the use of marketing tools and platforms across campaigns, websites, content and reporting.
- Help troubleshoot website, content upload, tracking or platform-related issues.
- Explore practical uses of AI tools, automation and digital platforms to improve marketing efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new tools across content creation, reporting, campaign planning and data organisation.
- Research and test simple AI use cases that can help the team work faster and make better data-informed decisions.
- Stay up to date with useful digital marketing tools, AI developments and marketing technology trends.
- Share recommendations with the team on how technology can improve productivity, creativity and campaign performance.
6. Content Library & Digital Content Support
- Support the development and management of BEETc On Screen, our on-demand content library.
- Upload, organise and maintain video content, event recordings, speaker sessions and related materials.
- Help improve how content is presented, categorised and promoted to audiences.
- Work with production and marketing teams to repurpose event content into digital marketing assets.
- Identify opportunities to make our content library more engaging, searchable and commercially valuable.
- Explore ways to use tagging, AI tools or automation to improve content organisation and discovery.
7. Market Research & Competitor Insights
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and digital marketing best practices.
- Produce competitor research to identify new ideas, trends and market opportunities.
- Monitor how other event organisers, media platforms and B2B brands promote their events and content.
- Research relevant marketing technology, AI and digital transformation trends.
- Share insights with the wider team to support campaign planning, event positioning and digital growth.
- Bring forward ideas to improve how we market our events, products and digital content.
Professional Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, campaign, content or marketing operations role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, website management and online user experience.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into useful insights.
- Confident working across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international events environment.
- Commercial mindset and an interest in how marketing supports registrations, leads, sponsorship opportunities and business growth.
- Curious, proactive and willing to suggest better ways of working.
Digital, Technical & AI Skills
- Experience using website content management systems or basic website editing tools such as WordPress, Elementor or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO, website performance and digital user journeys.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using or learning marketing technology platforms, content libraries, CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Interest in AI tools, automation and digital transformation.
- Curious about how technology can improve productivity, reporting, content creation and campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of design tools, video platforms, email marketing tools or AI-assisted content tools would be an advantage.

Contract Type
This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend or become permanent depending on business needs and performance.
