Job Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse by maintaining accurate stock levels, replenishing picking locations, assisting with the production and framing of products, and supporting the wider warehouse team. The role requires excellent attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean and efficient working environment.
Stock Replenishment
- Replenish picking locations from bulk storage to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Rotate stock where required and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintain accurate stock locations within the warehouse.
- Safely operate pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment (training provided where necessary).
Framing Production
- Assist with the assembly and framing of artwork to company quality standards.
- Prepare materials required for framing, including frames, mounts and backing boards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality expectations.
- Package framed products safely to prevent damage during storage and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organised framing work area.
Warehouse Duties
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders when required.
- Receive and check deliveries against delivery notes.
- Put away incoming stock accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Ensure warehouse areas remain tidy, organised and free from hazards.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.

The ideal candidate would have experience working within a factory/warehouse production team. Be hands-on and willing to learn a new skill.
Forklift, Health and Safety and Fire Marshall training all well received, however not crucial.
Working hours 6am - 2:30pm
Pay: £12.80 per hour
