Job Details
Salary: Grade 3 NJC £12.85 - £13.05 her hour
Contract Type: Permanent, term time only
Working Pattern: Monday 8.30-3.30, Tuesday 8.30-12.00, Wednesday 8.30-12.00, Thursday 8.00-4.00, Friday 8.30-3.30. (Full days include a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break).
Location: Birchwood Grove CP School, Burgess Hill

What You Need to Succeed
In this role you will need to:
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Support attendance monitoring and pupil records in line with school procedures
- Assist with admissions, transitions, and general school communications
- Work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prioritise tasks effectively while working under pressure in a busy environment
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safeguarding policies at all times
- Administer First Aid and keeping records inline with school policies.
