We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Workshop Worker to join our fast-paced, creative, and friendly workshop team at The British Ironwork Centre. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality craftsmanship, with a desire to build on their existing skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Maintenance: Cleaning, repairing, preparing, and maintaining our metal products to a high standard.
- Welding & Fabrication: Assisting with welding tasks, cutting, grinding and general workshop duties.
- Health & Safety: Maintaining a clean, tidy, safe workspace and following all workshop health and safety procedures.
- General Duties: Supporting wider workshop operations as required, including moving stock, product painting, preparing items for dispatch, and contributing to the smooth daily running of the workshop and general labouring.
