Duties
Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing using appropriate floor care techniques and equipment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents
- Handle detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, window washing, bathroom sanitation, and furniture polishing
- Follow safety protocols during industrial or janitorial cleaning processes to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness and guest service is a plus
- Experience managing or supervising housekeeping teams is beneficial but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently
