Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining accurate records. Duties
- Raise, Amend and process customer quotes.
- Raise quotes for parts ordering
- logging all requisitions
- Activate accepted quotes
- Update and maintain stock cards
- printing job sheets
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding parts, repairs, and service updates to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- monitoring service quote and service inboxes
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
