WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
DNH Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, managing insurance reinstatement and property repair projects across Devon and Cornwall.

The role will include:
- Managing multiple insurance reinstatement projects from start to completion
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
- Programming works and monitoring progress against agreed timescales
- Carrying out site visits and maintaining strong quality control
- Managing variations and additional works
- Liaising with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate job records and providing regular progress updates
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple live projects and priorities
- Good knowledge of building repairs and construction processes
- Confident dealing with customers, trades and professional stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous insurance repair / reinstatement experience would be a strong advantage
