FIX AUTO PLYMPTON (formerly Hall Graves Lee Accident Repair Centre) is recruiting a full‑time Valetor / Driver to join our busy workshop team.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a full, clean driving licence.
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role combining vehicle valeting with regular customer vehicle movements. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, preparing vehicles to a high standard and safely transporting customer and courtesy vehicles as part of the daily workflow.
Full training and workwear will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.
Valeting Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior valeting to a high standard
- Preparing vehicles for customer collection
- Maintaining a clean and organised valeting area
- Supporting the workshop team where required
Driving Responsibilities
The role includes collecting customers’ vehicles for repair and delivering vehicles back to customers once repairs are completed. You will also be responsible for the collection and delivery of courtesy cars, along with completing accurate condition checks and documentation for all vehicles, inside and out.

Experience:
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence for auto and manuals (essential)
