We are looking for Bank Healthcare Assistants to join our team and provide compassionate care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic patient care, and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the standards of care, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide flexible, high-quality care across all Truly Care Services (TCS) provisions, including residential, supported accommodation, short breaks, and domiciliary services.
- You will work on an “as and when required” basis, supporting safe staffing and continuity of care. The role requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
- You will promote the safety, wellbeing, independence, and dignity of individuals in line with care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies, while maintaining a safe and person-centred environment.
- You must adhere to safeguarding responsibilities and relevant legislation, and maintain accurate records using systems such as Birdie in line with GDPR. Flexibility is essential, including working across different services, locations, and shift patterns.
- You are expected to uphold the values and standards of Truly Care Services at all times. You will also be required to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management in line with service needs.
