We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Support Worker to provide workplace support to an employee, you will be working 18.5 hours a week.
This role is essential in enabling the individual to perform their duties effectively, maintain independence, and fully participate in the workplace.
The successful candidate will work closely with the employee, providing practical assistance and support tailored to their individual needs while respecting their dignity, privacy, and autonomy.

What will help you be successful in this role:
Experience in a support role, such as support worker, job coach, or administrative support.
Experience of supporting individuals with structured guidance and task prompting
Familiarity with administrative processes and office-based tasks
Understanding of disability awareness and inclusive practices
