We’re looking for a confident, creative Early Year’s Educator to join our nursery, on a part time basis - 16 hours per week. We offer a cosy, friendly atmosphere with small rooms designed for children's growth. Both children and staff enjoy wonderful outdoor spaces.
The candidate MUST HOLD a Level 3 in Early Years and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities
- The delivery of the EYFS to a very high standard.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality learning and care.
- To promote and facilitate partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
- To ensure the delivery of excellent practice with regard to SEN and inclusion.
- To work as part of the whole nursery team contributing to the nursery's overall development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 NVQ in Early Years is essential. We may consider an NVQ Level 2 with solid experience.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding.

Pay: £12.71-£13.25 per hour
