Job Summary

Duties
- Organise and lead a variety of play activities tailored to different age groups, encouraging active participation and social skills development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during play sessions by monitoring their activities closely
- Support children in learning new skills through teaching and nurturing guidance, fostering confidence and independence
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting play environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to understand individual needs and provide personalized support when necessary
- Walking children to various Schools / classes when required
- Promote inclusive play by encouraging participation from children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare, nannying, teaching, or similar roles working with children
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in engaging children during playtime
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations related to childcare settings
