Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our friendly, family-run business based in the ME postcode area.
We undertake a wide variety of groundwork, maintenance and civil engineering projects across Kent, so no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
· Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
· Have some experience in groundworks, construction or general maintenance (preferred but not essential).
· Be smart, professional and presentable.
· Be punctual, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
· Be able to work well as part of an experienced team.
· Be willing to take direction while also using their own initiative.
· Take pride in producing high-quality work.
· Be eager to learn and develop new skills.

Employment Basis
This position is offered on a self-employed CIS basis, with payments made under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and tax deducted at source, in accordance with HMRC requirements.
Location
Based in the ME postcode area, with work across Kent.
