Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer service
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages to cater to different tastes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsRequirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cocktail bar
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Knowledge of food production and ability to coordinate with kitchen staff
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
