Duties
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
- Support the team in managing food production during busy service periods
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
- Help with serving food to guests when required, ensuring presentation meets quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team management skills and the ability to supervise peers when needed
