Dental Nurse – Keswick Dental
Keswick Dental is a thriving and well-established dental practice situated in the stunning North of the Lake District National Park. We are proud to offer a friendly, patient-focused environment with a small, supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding care.
We are currently seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is passionate about patient care and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Position Details:
- Work Pattern: 37 hours over 4 days per week (Monday to Friday), 7:45am – 6:00pm
- Pay: Starting from £13.70, negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside support to dentists and dental therapists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare, clean, and sterilise instruments and equipment in line with health and safety regulations
- Process dental x-rays
- Communicate clearly with patients, offering guidance on treatments and aftercare
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with general administrative tasks
- Manage appointments and support reception duties as needed
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the clinic
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Dental Nurse, registered with the GDC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, positive approach
- A caring and professional manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
Desirable:
- Experience using Dentally practice management software
